Opening the Doors to Adventure in Early Childhood Education - Online Registration
Registration Policies:
- Registrants must be a personal member of MCCA to qualify for the member rates.
- MCCA Centre Memberships allows one board member to attend on the Centre Membership; this membership is not transferable to any of the centre staff.
- Organizations that have an Associate Membership can send one person at the member rate.
- To qualify for a student conference fee the person must hold a MCCA student MCCA membership.
- Bulk packages are available to MCCA members only! Centre may register MCCA Individual in multiples employed by the same centre on one conference package. A separate registration form individuals is required and they do not need to be attending the same day.
- We do not accept faxed registrations, registrations by phone, or registrations at the conference.
- Post Dated cheques are not accepted and all NSF cheques will be charged a $15.00 fee.
- Invoices can be issued to sponsoring organizations (government/agencies). The registrations must be accompanied by a Purchase Order indicating the name, address, postal code, phone numbers of the organization and must be signed with a designate officer and and their direct phone number. MCCA reserves the right to decline any Purchase Order.
Cancellation Policies:
- Individual Registrations: Cancellations will be accepted until April 30/10 and only 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. A written request must be submitted to Karen Gander. No refunds will be granted after this date.
- Bulk packages: no cancellations or refunds granted - only substitutions. Substitutes must be MCCA member, attend the workshops that are currently registered and made by May 17. 2010.
