Session Registration
Instructions

• Space is limited in many workshops so
  register early for best selection.
• Keynote and lunch are included in the
  conference daily fee.
• A 2nd and 3rd choice must be indicated
  for each time slot, if there no other
  choices then you will be slotted into a
  session at MCCA’s discretion.
• If you have selected a “stream” for Friday
  this is a full day event so do not register
  for other sessions unless they are your
  2nd & 3rd choices.
• Each person must fill out a separate
• registration form.
